A job and employee management system for a large concrete engineering company, featuring:

  • Efficient, standards-compliant, AJAX powered UI
  • Web 2.0 style AJAX modal dialogs
  • Role-based user experiences (for Administrators, Project Managers, Office Staff, Foremen and Employees, etc.)
  • SMS gateway integration (for automated mobile phone messaging)
  • Data import, export, and reporting functions using XML, CVS, and XLS formatted data sets
  • Context sensitive in-line help and documentation
  • Multiple simultaneous users
  • Automated backup processes

Webizen designed and implemented the software, as well as built a custom (open source) Linux server hosting platform, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

A system facilitating the organisation and purchase of group gifts online, accepting partial payments from multiple credit cards. Designed as an alternative payment method (a la PayPal) for online stores, and marketed to retailers across Australia. As well as the design and implementation of the software systems, Webizen has provided on-going technical support and expertise from the projects inception.

Webizen has also designed a new higher-performance, multi-server platform and migration plans to cater to the site's growing user-base, and continues to provide ongoing development and maintenance support.
